Slowed not stopped — actually stopped though — Lep Seclusa achievement bug maybe?

PureEnvelope35✭✭✭✭Got it while at ~27% resources at the end of the fight while the rest of my group at 22% and under did not get it, fairly tedious achievement considering it relies on both RNG and the game not bugging out, 10/10Fashion is the true endgame.PC EU0 -
