so, can someone please tell me how I can determine what the buffs are on other players that I see in the world? I'm using the FTC mod, and it shows the unit frames of other players, and they have colorful buffs under there with a letter (sometimes). I know the boon buffs look like constellations, and there are some PVP ones, but there are others too....but of course when i switch to cursor mode, the unit frames go away so i can't mouse over the buffs to see what they are.

Related to this, I have a particle aura swirling around me, it looks like sparks, and I assume it's a buff, but i have NO IDEA what it is, what it does, or where to even look or it. it's not listed under my active effects when I press C.

no mod i've tried will show me what this buff is, and is there a way to get a cursor without making the unit frames disappear? (it's not mod-related, I tried disabling the mod, pressing . and they still go away)
