Not sure if it has been factored into everyone's counts for the ultimate cost, but the Savior's Hide set (its 48-49 and VR9 i think) has a cost reduction as well for 5 pieces of (sadly Altmer; Primal would look more fitting IMO) medium armor, as well as the always-useful bonus spell resistance for the 3-piece set.
