Okay, so...when do non-Steam players get theirs? I saw the Playstation sale and was bummed but expected a PC sale to come around soon. Then it came, but only for Steam. What gives? Why would you choose to jerk around players who actively avoided using Steam because it supports ZOS more directly?
Didn't used to be this way. I remember a time when sales were generally for all platforms. I hope we non-Steam users get one in the near future, but I gotta say that it's somewhat confusing and annoying that the platforms all have their own individual sales now.

✭I went for it because I wanted the premium edition anyway, so wasn't an issue that I didn't previously have the base game on steam.
I know it'll (probably!) be even cheaper during the event, but this way I have a chance to catch up with the zone story ready for when the event starts. I'm happy that I'm saving some even if I'm paying a bit more for early access. I don't have any of the other chapters on PC so it's still cheaper than getting them all from the crown store.PS4 EU2 -

When previous chapters went on sale during their corresponding events, we were talking about months old content.
