LOGIN FAILED Unexpected Internal error has occurred

For about 40 minutes I've ben trying to log on to Xbox EU, and get "LOGIN FAILED Unexpected Internal error has occurred" also tried playing via Cloud gaming and got the same error.

Seems to be affecting multiple users
