Daily crash with errors 103/201

Since this week, every day now my game crashes at least once a day, giving me error 103 ("Failed to obtain Server Information), followed by error 201 ("Login failed, please try again") after which I can't play the game for 10 mins or so. Usually this happens when in group doing a dungeon which is very annoying cause by the time I get back online the session is over/disbanded. Anyone else having this issue frequently? I do not have problems with my internet connection/speed, drivers are up to date and PC is brand new. I haven't logged a ticked with Support as I haven't really found that option very useful in the past, so it's basically hoping it'll improve at some stage, but just wondering if other people are seeing a return of these issues also very recently?

As this issue only started recently for you, I would suggest looking into your router maybe being broken, or maybe a broken internet cable somewhere. Sadly hardware can break. (Note: Just because your internet works and is fast/reaches high speeds, does not mean your router can't be broken, or that your connection isn't unstable)

PS: It usually takes a few minutes for you to be able to log back in, as the server first has to detect you have lost your connection to it before finally logging you off.
