No event box dropping?

Good afternoon all. I was just in a FG1, as we do on this event, and didn't get anything at all from the last boss except gold. I read about this happening on reddit and saw a post I believe here on a few bugged dungeons not giving gold boxes. Is this happening to a lot of people? Is there a fix? I know I can make a ticket for my tickets but if this is a widespread issue maybe it should get fixed.

I do not know if this is a bug that is triggered under some circumstances, but I've been doing FG1 every single day of the event for tickets and the gold box. FG1 does not seem to be bugged for me.

so far only thing that i've seen said is that this could be a playstation specific issue? only one person who talked about this bug stated their platform and it was PS NA. would help if more people gave more technical details like that.

I am on PlayStation. I've been running it every day. Don't know why today's weird.

Sometimes event boxes have a cooldown, are you doing FG1 super efficiently? :P

Not particularly. I try but also like to look for heavy sacks now that we have add ons. This was my golden box and tickets though.

As long as you got your tickets, you're not missing much else.
All I got from the gold box yesterday was one single item; a 1000gp "treasure" only good to sell to a vendor.

That run got me back to 12 tix, so I think I'm done going for gold boxes in this event.

Yeah, the tickets were my concern as well as seeing if it was wide spread beyond my single experience. I will say though that I didn't have an issue last night with boxes.

I just saw this bug happen too, it was odd nothing had loot past a certain point. Castle Thorn past Talfyg, a treasure chest had only gold in it. Last boss dropped nothing, the quest turn in dropped an empty item coffer. Weirdest of all even the random daily mail was sent but empty.

No transmutes? Damn dude that's crazy. I would hope a support ticket could help but is it worth a couple weeks of headache trying to get past their AI defensive line that blocks for the actual human support for 10 transmutes? I think they bank on that.

Banished Cells II, the two Harvester bosses only dropped gold for me. And yes, I looted both ladies.
A heavy sack in there also only dropped gold. What have you guys done to break stuff that worked before??

I just hope the skill point went through, I'm not sure how to check. I did dungeons before and after that seemed fine. I don't know what happened part way through the run.
