Possibly related to the bug that was stopping main game client from working in July that a few people were experiencing, but the fix for that was a bunch of launcher stuff so idk.
If you guys don't have the time to release a similar fix, it's cool, just would like the free space if it's a no go.

"The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-kernel32-legacy-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer."0 -
