Disable glow around other players characters

Recently a weird colourful glow started appearing around all characters in the game. I'm not sure if it's coused by an addon or some wrong settings, but I'm not figuring out how to disable it.
Here's an example:
It's green on companions and with other players it's blue. I'd prefer to completely remove it or at least have it in white, but keep only the red glow for enemies. How can I do that?

✭Do you have the warden vine skill slotted? That adds these glows so you see what can be targeted.3
