Did Khajiit crits get nerfed in the 1.0.8 patch?

Someone just told me they were nerfed, but I don't see that in the patch notes.

I hope so, even 6% crit is too good and makes any non-Khajiit melee character pretty much strictly worse than Khajiit characters.

Except for the most extreme OPness, I really wish they would hold off the nerf bat until skill trees are fixed.

What will the point in playing Khajit without Crit bonus ?
Khajit is made to be best Assasin which means high crit chance.

The carnage racial used to be 15% critical damage bonus, not 6% crit. Be glad it got changed already.

That said, I dont think it's overpowered. Altmer get a 4% raw damage boost with all three elemental types and Dunmer get 7% extra fire damage, both are comparable to the actual damage boost you get from 6% crit.
