Afaik ATT uses LibHistoire same as MM.

I manually updated my missing history yesterday using LiHistoire on MM.

Press G(for Guild page) go to History(top right icon) and on that page you should should see the Histoire table on the left.

For each guild go to the trader setting and slowly advance the arrows at the bottom of the page to pull up the missing history. Eventually a request will be sent and your history will update, I had to go back the full 10 days to get it to update and on a busy guild that is a lot of arrow clicks! 🙂

Just as a fyi I have all the other histories for each guild set to force off because I'm only interested in my sales, to do this click on the gear cog icon for each category, on the histoire table, and set it to force off. 🙂

Have you got it on "Force on" or "Automatic"?

Try swapping between the two.

If the requesting data is just spinning it is usually in my experience not going to actually collect anything.

If this happens I swap character or do a complete relog until it briefly appears and goes away again. Yesterday I got requesting data a couple of times for each day going back ten days... today to start with it was just spinning continuously so I left it alone and later the data collected on it's own. I believe that character had the request mode set on "Force On" not 100% on that though.

Edit:- To add, I just did the data collection on an account I didn't get around to yesterday, it collected well requesting data a couple of times for each day back eleven days, I doublechecked and all 5 guilds were set to Automatic requests.
