Launcher Sounds ?? Ummm...

Hello.
Sorry, a few days ago I noticed the launcher has , well sounds to it clicking the circle page buttons and the Play now button as see in the image,
I mean, is that a glitch or was it intentional ?
It's annoying at best, If its for real, how turn this off? It's stupid.
Edit, forgot to say also clicking X at top right, among other things. :P
