Targeting issues. Flail seems to be affected.

ive posted before about a targeting bug we see in my guilds.
Maw of Lorkage where you pull the chains for the waves of enemies it a horrible place for targeting mobs. in this spot it seems that the only way to kill anything is to use environmental type attacks. but no direct attacks will target.
In VMA when the titan comes down you cannot target them. It has happened with force pulse and with flail.{more on this at the end)
In VAS plus 2 when the dragon(bad with names) goes up for storm the heavens i cannot target him with flail.
In graven deep, when the boss splits into copies and then attacks us with our own attacks, you cannot target them with flail.
In castle thorn several bosses randomly cannot be targeted with direct abilities like taunt or attacks.
The issue with flail is weird. Since flail is not an ability that needs a target to go off you would think that you could just flail and the it not do damage. However when we have instances where we cannot target the enemy, flail will not fire as long as our cursor is on the enemy target. For instance with the titan in vma i can look beside the titan and flail will work. then i can immediatly turn back to the titan and flail will not work.
ill make more posts as i find more places this is an issue.

✭✭✭✭✭ran vAA with a group last night and good majority of people were having this issue on final boss, particularly noticeable during execute phase
the issue we had was we could not be cast at all when targeting the mage, it could be cast when not targeting the mage directlyplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
