What are your favorite public dungeons quest-wise (possible spoilers)?

Having recently leveling up a couple of new toons I, of course, ended up revisiting various public dungeons to get skyshards/skill points from group events. What are your favorite quests from public dungeons? The ones where (even if you are in a hurry) you still stop to listen/read here and there because you really like the voices or the humor or have favorite bits of dialog.

The 3 4 that come to mind for me are:
- Rulanyil's Fall in Greenshade (The Merethic Society and the warlord issue)
- Nchuthnkarst in Blackreach (the time conundrum)
- Root Sunder Ruins in Grathwood (the plants)
- Rimmen Necroplolis in Northen Elsweyr (the lazy heir and the urn)

I always listen to the dialogs fully on my main for the first time. On alts I do that only if I really like the voice actor (hello, Sir Cadwell) or a particular story. I know that there are players that replay the quests properly on many toons. I would still like to know their favorites as well.

Edit: typos and forgot to mention the NE one

I don't think I loved any of them, but one of the only ones I even remember is Spire of the Crimson Coin in High Isle. Fairly memorable characters with an entertaining twist.

Too many of them have the same writing as delve quests, which boil down to "Help. I'm cursed." or "My village needs you to pull 3 levers."

But sometimes they flesh out a small poece of the world. Ultimately, if Public Dungeons or especially Delves were slightly reduced in number for new content, I would be fine. The location quests are much better, and they're not too fun to repeat (delves in particular, public dungeons are more farmable/worth running around in).

I think Zenithar's Abbey and Spire of the Crimson coin gain the award of most atmospheric public dungeons.

Zenithar's Abbey in particular is one of the prime examples of great environmental storytelling that seems to have been promptly forgotten with recent content.

Spire of the Crimson coin was more sinister, and presented more horror, than Apocrypha did ironically. I did not care for the Spire's quest itself since the characters couldn't be taken seriously, but the environment of Crimson Coin was on the same tone as The Gorge during the Taste of Fear quest in Summerset. It struck all the psychological nerves that leave one with a sense of unease, especially when it came to the beating heart. Crimson Coin was probably the major highlight of an otherwise lukewarm chapter.

That quest is one of my favorites!

I also enjoy the Vile Manse, Zenithar's Abbey, and Silorn with the guy who totally doesn't want to be a Necromancer.

I like the story of 'The Forgotten Crypts' in Deshaan, when it takes a very dark turn.

Nchuthnkarst from Blackreach and Forgotten Crypts are among my favourites, I love the quests in both of them, the latter especially - I have a morbid sort of curiosity towards extreme survival stories like it from the real world. The Lion's Den in the Rift is also good, the quest having you investigate the three soldiers on behalf of their (likely a very paranoid) superior is fun to do. I also remember enjoying the quest in the Forgotten Wastes in Vvardenfell, particularly figuring out the bell puzzle, but this was years ago so my memories are a bit hazy.
