Should I make a new Support Ticket?

I have a current open ticket that was made on the 5th, it was "escalated" on the 9th with the response that I would be talked to shortly. I haven't had a response since the 9th and it's been 10 business days.

Should I create a new ticket, refer to the old, as whomever is in charge of the escalated department must be on vacation.

    I'm not like the other "Support" post in this channel, I posted a lot of responses, my mind hates me and I constantly over think and post, it's been an issue my whole life. So apologies for the numerous messages in said ticket.

    For anyone curious however, it is not recommended to submit multiple tickets as this will back up the system and result in longer wait times for everyone.
