Solstice crafting writ turn-in pointing to other zones

I have started gradually moving my characters over to Solstice for crafting. In doing so, I've noticed an issue with the quest markers for turning in some of the daily writ quests. Yesterday, I turned my writs in at the boxes in the crafting area. I was about to log out on that character, and I noticed that my crafting addon was showing one of the quests was not turned in. It was for Jewelry, and I had no quest marker above any of the boxes. When I chose "show on map" from the quest log, it was pointing me to turn in the quest in a completely different zone (maybe Auridon? I don't recall, but it was an AD character).

Today, I had the same issue with another character, with the Enchanting writ. This is what I'm seeing in the Solstice craft area:

As you can see from the HUD addon at the top, all of my writs are completed. But there is no quest marker above the Enchanting box. When I "show on map," that quest is telling me to turn in at the docks of Daggerfall, Glenumbra (DC character). This was the top tier Enchanting writ that includes a Superb Glyph of Health. I don't recall the specifics of the Jewelry writ that gave me problems yesterday, but it also would have been the top tier, as it was on my grandmaster crafter character.

For what it's worth, I can still turn the quests in at the Solstice boxes, even without the quest indicator. So the bug is visual, but not game-breaking. However, it would be easy to miss turning in a completed quest without the visual of the marker. I crafted in Solstice on three characters today, and I only noticed this issue with one of them. I'm not sure if it is specific quests that are the problem, or some other factor. If I'm able to get more data, I'll update this.

[EDIT: I had written "Solitude" originally. I meant "Solstice."]

Just a quick update. I watched my crafting closely today. I had five characters who had the same issue with the Enchanting box not having a quest marker. All five had the health glyph writ. I had other characters who had to craft a stamina or magicka glyph, and the quest marker did show up properly for them.

None of my characters today had an issue with the Jewelry box not showing a marker. But all of the ones I thought to check either had crafted three rings, or a ring and a necklace. So it's possible that it's the 2x necklace quest that gave me the problem before. I should be able to confirm tomorrow, as a couple of characters should get that quest.

There actually was a moment with one character, where the Enchanting quest marker appeared for a split second before disappearing again. I was standing in front of the boxes, reading through my loot log to confirm which glyph I had crafted, and I noticed the marker blink in and out of existence. It was there for maybe 1/10th of a second. I barely had time to realize it, and it was gone again. I don't know if I was moving my camera at the time. Maybe a weird visual glitch where it appears from a very specific angle, and if you're a pixel off, it disappears?

I was able to replicate the issue with the Jewelry writ box not showing a quest icon today, but I'm not sure how. This was on character 12 of 14 that I craft on in Solstice. The quest was for 3 rings, which I had on several characters yesterday and today with no issue. I'm not seeing any consistency to this, like I am with Enchanting. With Enchanting, I can expect the icon to be missing if I get the health glyph writ, and show up if I get magicka or stamina.

One possible factor could be the gear level of the writ itself. While all of my characters have the points invested to do top-tier (CP150) Enchanting, Provisioning, and Alchemy writs, Only about 6 are doing top-tier writs for the other trades. This happened to be on one of the characters that does CP150 Jewelry writs. So maybe this glitch only happens with the high level quests? I should be able to confirm if that theory holds up over the next couple of days. Unfortunately, I don't do any in between. It's either CP150 for the rewards, or lowest tier to save mats.
