Floating and underground objects, missing textures

I read about one-issue-one-post, but I'm not sure that such issues can be published here at all. All bugs checked without addons on EU server.

This poor guy has been floating here for about seven years after his tragic death. Is this the power of the Telvanni mages?

The two exits from the house has very similar invisible walls perpendicular to the doorways. - Glenumbra, Crosswych, River (U47)
Never seen this before, part of the renovation of old zones?
- Malabal Tor, Shael Ruins
The chest is underground, beneath a stack of barrels. Very well hidden!
- Northern Elsweyr, Sleepy Senche Mine
Well, I'm not supposed to be here, since this place for Khamira's party. The other areas are protected by invisible walls, but not this one.
- Northern Elsweyr, Southern Waterfalls (U47)
This chest is not hidden at all compared to the one in the Shael Ruins.

The door frame with black texture inside Eraven Onthim's Chambers.
- The Rift, near the Snapleg Cave
I know it looks like those bracket fungis, but it's a floating harvesting node.

There is a liiittle gap between the walls and the door frames on the second floor and the balcony. In addition, the outer wall on the north side of the house has no corners and can be seen through. It is a pity that Suran, Vivek or at least Baar Dau above it cannot be seen from this house.

Spoiler alert! Some banners in the city appear overlapping each other during the second stage of the zone's main quest.

The bottom of the stone has no texture.

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭✭Speaking of Northern Eslweyr Southern Waterfalls, a couple of days ago there was a treasure chest spawned underwater on one of the waterfall steps. The next day, it was a resource harvesting node doing the same thing. At least those were interactable and you could actually see them through the water. Still weird though - and this one does not like to get their fur wet!0
