Granted, the fact that added a heal to it was a big part of the problem. But the size of the shield was insane, even with Battle Spirit cutting it in half.
So, no. Keep Hardened Ward right where it is.
Hardened ward does not align with current meta. Even if nerfs were backed out, that would be the case.
Metas change, so maybe some day.
It was overpowered/meta but with even more overpowered crit subclassing builds around sorcerers wouldn’t be overpowered anymore even with the 15%heal on hardened ward.Oblivion_Protocol wrote: »Hi, I don’t know if you were around for it, but ZoS buffed Hardened Ward last year…and it became the bane of PvP. It seems ZOS didn’t nerf it to balance it but to „encourage“ every magsorc to make a subclassing build by destroying his current build. If they didn’t want a build to dominate would have nerfed it before subclassing.
If the Devs were really focused on encouraging Sorcs to more broadly subclass they could have fixed that passive rather than leaving it. Stamsorcs are going to have a far more beneficial result than MagSorcs with Subclassing.
