Flail not going off, may be related to targeting bug.

So consistently now me and guildmates cannot target random enemies in game. Consistently is has been in maw of lorkaj and the titan in vma last stage. But happens at other times. And flail, even tho doesnt require a target, at times when targeting will fail to fire.
Has anyone else had these issues?

jerrodbuffington✭✭✭just had the bug again in vma. while i am targeting the titan, i cannot flail. while i target anything except the titan.. i can flail.
