Need advice on choosing between Fortified and Strategic Reserve for my tank.

There’s better options than both of those (I don’t know which ones you already have or I’d tell you) but strategic reserve is better than fortified unless you’re doing some weird build that doesn’t give you enough resists.

Thanks. But what do you mean by enough ? Right now I'm in the process of converting my heavy armor to Reinforced. Still have a few pieces to do. Resistance exceeds 33k only with Major Resolve and while having the Defending staff. I wonder if I should drop the Decisive and get Defending as well for the dagger accompanying the shield.

I’d keep decisive. How much resists you need depends on what you’re doing, you don’t always need 33k. I wouldn’t actively try building into it unless you need to. I don’t even know how many resists I have but I haven’t had any trouble in hm dungeons or trials. I’ll take a look when I log in if I remember.
