Solstice: Rampart Camp Wayshrine?

So I think Rampart Camp has been added as an asset to Solstice with today's patch, and is similar to the Siege Camps that have shown up recently, in that they are meant to be a part of the upcoming Writhing Wall event (a guess).
When I logged in today, the world map legend told me that there is a new wayshrine to discover (the Rampart Camp wayshrine), and there was a question mark on the map near what turns out to be Rampart Camp.
However, as I moved nearer to that spot on the map, the question mark disappeared, and when I arrived at the spot where it was, I got a notification that Rampart Camp wayshrine had been discovered... but there's no wayshrine there.

I don't see any known issues in the patch notes, so @ZOS_Kevin , SHOULD the wayshrine be there and be useable at this time? If so, then something is amiss.

Same goes for the siege camps. You can discover them but map shows nothing.

Peculiar, I just went to the area and could not find the marker or anything...

Could it be instance related? In my case I could start the new quest ('Support the Fellowship', logged under 'Holiday Event') and speak with the main NPCs but none of the secondary objective (optional) NPCs spawned.

Thanks for the follow up here.

We have confirmed with the team that this quest shouldn't be active yet and it cannot be completed or progressed. We have it listed now to turn off during a future incremental until the event properly starts.

Thanks again for flagging for us so we can fix this as quickly as possible.

Thanks for the heads up, I was starting to feel confused...

I can confirm that the quest cannot be completed (which makes sense, we are like... six weeks away from the event?); the main NPCs spawn and the quest progresses until the point when you have to hand in the quest specific items to Skordo, but no further.

You can ditch it. You will be able to get it again when the event officially starts.

Why is it even possible to start a broken, incomplete quest? This is very confusing and ended up wasting my time.

This one started "Support the Fellowship" yesterday, thinking it was a sidequest. Instead, the conversation revealed a massively significant zone story spoiler, even though the zone quest had not yet been completed. The feeling was one of.........disappointment.

This has been all over the forums for days, so this "disappointment" could have been avoided very easily.

Thank you for the very valuable comment. For days, you say? Even if that were true, please keep in mind that not everyone scours forums regularly. Especially when attempting to avoid unintentionally discovering any story elements.
