I haven't done much fishing lately but the satchels didn't drop much for me either.

Yes, the drop rate on the satchels is very low, and usually it’s just a Ta or Pitch inside. I have gotten a few seashell furnishings but that’s it. The drop rate on the furnishing plans themselves are even lower.
I have gotten a ton of furnishings, but not a single plan yet. Granted, I don't do a ton of fishing, but I noticed it's been much lower than say, Apocrypha plans, and I forget if the Solstice packs themselves are tradeable like psijic satchels and apocrypha pouches
So far, I did 3 rounds of fishing with 2.5 hours each (as long as the Artaeum fish food lasts).
I got around 12-15 satchels each round with not a single plan.
The other stuff is trash. Denata was my best drop. The satchels are just like basegame satchels with tide-born feathers.
Summerset‘s satchels could at least drop a decent amount of good mats.

When fishing in Summerset for the furnishing items or Solstice for satchels I do not use the Arteaum food. I don’t want trophy fish and figure they would displace the satchels.

Do you summon Sharp-as-Night when you're fishing for satchels?

I tried it with and without him. I can’t tell if it makes a difference. I thought he just reduced the bait you got.
Hi everyone, we’d like to address the concerns raised in this thread about the Sharp’s Patience Companion Perk and clear up a few things.
For context, here’s the patch note for this perk:
“Sharp provides ‘Sharp’s Patience’ which offers an improved chance at finding trophy fish and slightly reducing reel time."
We hear your concerns about if the increase in trophy fish will result in an overall decrease in value. The short answer is no. Here are the main takeaways:We hope that helps clear up any concerns about this perk. Please let us know if you have any follow-up questions.
- The appearance rate of Pyandonean Bottles, Waterlogged Psijic Satchels, and Gunny Sacks are not influenced by Sharps Patience; the overall appearance rate of these items has not changed.
- With this perk, players can catch fish faster overall due to decreased reel time.
- Sharp’s Patience perk does stack with the Champion Passive Reel Technique. They are calculated separately. You can benefit from both simultaneously, as well as with other fishing buffs and food such as Artaeum Pickled Fish Bowl, and fishing with friends.
- Percent chance of catching bait (Chub, Minnow, Shad, and non-perfect fish roe) has been reduced with Sharp's passive. The increase in trophy fish is offset specifically by the reduction of these items.

As far as I know that is what he does. Unless something has changed, here's what he does. So he wouldn't help with Sunport Packs, most likely.Hi everyone, we’d like to address the concerns raised in this thread about the Sharp’s Patience Companion Perk and clear up a few things.

Has anyone gotten the following?
Praxis: Tide-Born Sculpture, Coral
Design: Tide-Born Floor Lamp, Coral
I have opened around 120 now and I haven't found any furnishing plans, the most notable thing I got was a seahorse furnishing.
Thing is, I can't find any listings whatsoever for those two plans either.
The only one I can see listings for is:
Praxis: Tide-Born Sculpture, Turtle

I still have not found it myself. The only one I could find was Tide-Born Sculpture, Coral. However, I found Tide-Born Floor Lamp, Coral for sale at the Guildstore the other day and rushed out to buy it. I was a little relieved at that moment. Because I could actually get the purple plan and it was a moment of certainty that it existed.
However, I have not found Tide-Born Sculpture, Turtle yet, so I have still been fishing.
Those are the zone specific „drop everywhere“ leads. They can drop from anything. Urns, mobs, chests and fishing. So opening a container at a specific zone may be intended. But it‘s indeed strange.Something peculiar I have noticed about these, they can drop antiquity leads too, depending on what zone you open them in.
Not sure if this is intended or not, but feels... odd.
So far I've gotten:
- West Weald: Ayleid Sculpture, Grand Tree.
- Western Solstice: Solstice Gian Crocodile Skull.
- Telvanni Peninsula: Tribunal Window, Stained Glass.
