U47 live - Can't move the camera up and down with the mouse

I'm anticipating a future minor bug caused by my Synced Account Settings addon for U47 Live so if you have that addon and if you can't move the camera up and down with the mouse, set the "Camera - Vertical Lock Speed" game option to a normal value and then redo your settings save in the addon.

The bug is due to the new game settings + the addon restoring former values after login, your "Camera - Vertical Lock Speed" setting will be a negative value which will cause the vertical camera move to stop functoning until you go in the settings and set it (easily fixable in a few seconds and won't come back if you redo your [Save character settings] & [Save ALL settings] saves).

it's indeed two versions of this setting for 1st and 3rd person view, mine were set to -26, there's a default mark on the slider so you can set them there for starters (and don't forget to save in the addon otherwise the bug will come back for each character)

it's not a game bug, it's an incompatibility between the new setting and the addon, no addon no bug...

Which means-- as usual-- the sentiment should be that it's sad the addon author(s) didn't test and have a fix ready for when the update went time, not that it's sad the new setting went live despite an addon creating an issue with it. It never ceases to amaze me how players are so quick to jump on the ZOS devs instead of jumping on the addon devs.

I announced it on July 14th, didn't know how to fix ZOS changing the Id of a setting for another which makes the addon restore wrong data, added to that, it takes litteraly 10 seconds to fix for the user which can for once actually do something instead of critisizing ZOS or the addon authors 24/7.

This explains why, thanks for the heads up! My camera had it set to -6 on first person and -26 for third person.

What's sad is attacking addon developers when they spend their time improving your QOL for free. You know they don't get paid, right?

Thank you for the heads up, yesterday I thought I was losing my mind.

I don't use the addon mind you, but the game had the 'Vertical' and 'Horizontal' look speeds in both 3rd and 1st person views set at 70 at 70 in 3rd person and 26 in 1st person.

I reset them to the default value (50) and now things feel a lot better.

A '360 no-scope' player I am not.

They did test which is how they found the problem. If they were able to put in a fix they would have. But they did find a work around and announced it days ahead of time and again on patch day.

I for one very much appreciate the work @Masteroshi430 puts into his addons which I have found to be very useful.
