The Templar's passive skill does not work

The Templar's passive skill "Illuminate" doesn't work. I've tried different ways to activate this ability, but it doesn't work and doesn't provide any benefits.

    What specifically are you trying to activate it with? Where are you checking if you get Minor Sorcery and for how long (buff icons, CMX, logs)?

    I'm sorry. It's working now. I might have had an interface bug or an addon bug, but the overlay effect wasn't showing up in the statistics or anywhere else. But it's back to normal now. I'm checking it out.
