Instead all you need to do is save the last match's variable for healing done and use that to balance out the team's healing. Then if the player changes their build from a healer to a dps, it would atleast correct itself within a match.

I agree with the overall consensus that MMR shouldn´t reset every month, however I do think a reset should occur every once in a while (maybe once every 2-3 patches maybe?). I know PCNA doesn´t have the issue with enough consistent/veteran players queuing for BG´s and your BG community is quite "healthy" in a sense. As someone who plays on PCEU can tell that the amount of competent veteran players that would be a part of whatever "higher mmr" would mean, wouldn´t be enough to sustain a healthy population with competitive matches. I´m all for waiting a little longer if the game is likely to be more fair, but there is obviously a limit to how long I like to wait as well, and unfortunately the hidden MMR together with the limited amount of BG lobbies that can occur at any given time does play a huge role in that.

hey, maybe play an actual PvP game, and then you'll see that roles exist, its the core fundamental in a 4 v 4 game, understand the difference between BATTLE ROYAL lmao , IM SICK AND TIRED OF GETTING NO HEALER, TEAMED UP WITH THE LOWEST CP IMAGINABLE, LMAO IM DEALING A MILLION DAMAGE FOR NOTHING, AND WHY DONT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANT CONTROL PEOPLE LEAVING SO WHY DO WE HAVE TO LOSE OUR MMR BECAUSE OF YOUR FLAWED DESIGN? OH HE/SHE IS SICK OF BG AND WANTS TO LEAVE? SURE YOU'RE WHOLE TEAM WILL ALSO LOSE MMR, WHAT KIND OF GAME DOES THAT LMFAO
IS IT THAT HARD TO MAKE THE GAME FUN? I DONT MIND LOSING , BUT LOSING BECAUSE OF THE TEAM DRAFT SCREAMS FAKE PVP , THIS IS THE MOST ANNOYING MODE I HAVE EVER SEEN NO WONDER ITS UNPOPULAR. NOT GETTING ANY RECOGNITION , THE REWARDS FOR LOSING AND WINNING NEEDS TO INCREASE GOD WHAT AJOKE
