What's this maintenance for? Is this the weekly maintenance or to fix some problem?

Let‘s see how long it is actually working this time. Last maintenance to fix it was Friday and it seems like they didn‘t fix anything.
If they‘d only fix the other issues within the downtimes…
I really do not get it why they do maintenance during prime time at all. Fixing lfg tool and home tours is not THAT important so they could not wait till night time or early morning when there is low population online.
This is really bad decision making against those customers who have job or go to school and prime time is the only time they can play this game. It is already hard enough to maintain ESO activity if you have weekday responsibilities.
Might I suggest for the dev team that you use more consideration and only go for maintenance during prime time if it is something TRULY critical you need to fix right away.
It was fixed. It was not fixed last week when they taked down EU too?
I'd hoped that the Friday downtime (for the same issue) being late at night meant that there was some thought being put into the EU timings, but clearly not
Unfortunately, the timing was something we could not avoid. We had a small window to have this maintenance after we discovered the LFG issue this morning, without it cutting into other planned work. Otherwise, the issue would have gone unaddressed for a much longer period.
It was bad timing generally because this was not intended to happen. However, we thank you for your patience as we navigated through this. PC EU should now be open.

It's because they do maintenance and patches with the workforce in the US. They got rid of thier European staff a long time ago which is why both servers get worked on at the same time.

This is meant as feedback and not a dig. Maybe if you had said that in the original maintenance post it would have made us more understandable.
Thanks for replying
