The flames aren't blurred by the depth of field. I use the circular setting, and my game version is on Steam, PC.

Thanks for posting about this. Are you running HDR by chance? Just want to make sure I can be specific when reporting this issue.
If you are running any visual addons, if you could disable them to make sure they are not causing an issue, that would be helpful as well.

The only addons I use are ComputerClock (a clock) and Simple DPS (shows DPS). I also found another effect that isn't blurry—the fog in the Tanlorin quest.
