What is the best healing skill line for subclassing?
There are many options, but I stick with Restoring Light (Templar), Siphoning (Nightblade), and Green Balance or Winter's Embrace (both Warden)
Big buffs, big heals.

A lot of people will swear by Green Balance for the Toughness passive. It’s the reason a Warden healer was all but mandatory in pretty well every trial for ages.
After that, Restoring Light would probably be the second choice.

Restoring Light/Green Balance/Siphoning is meta
bone tyrant sometime can run
And maybe Colo or atro dd line if your group need more there buff
But I choose Green Balance is best, jut only the passive is completely irreplaceable.
my healer build uses:
- Green Balance.
Budding Seeds, and Mushrooms.
- Curative Runeforms.
Arcanist's Domain, Runemend, the Glyph ultimate, Chakram Shields.
- Restoring Light.
Cleansing Ritual.
plus all the passives from those lines are useful. cant imagine not using Green Balance on a healer due to the Minor Toughness buff.

Green balance, Restoring Light, and Siphoning will be universally applicable across PVE or PVP because additional ulti-gen is a big part of the current meta, and siphoning helps your sustain substantially, which is a critical attribute for healers IMO.
Outside of those three, situationally, the necro healer line (living death) can be really strong and helpful (necro res).
I'm not a big fan of the arcanist as a healer, but the channeled carpet heal can be REALLY strong if you build for it.
I have also tooled around the idea of building a shield-centric healer out of a DK, but I haven't gotten a chance to experiment with it, since I've only just completed levelling all my subclasses.
