Just wondering if anyone has found either the Tide-born duster, wicker or its plan? I know they said it's been fixed and properly added in the game, but I have yet to see either in the wild or in guild stores. If anyone has, please post here. I like stealing and pickpocketing, but feels like I'm chasing a ghost!
