My newest pet peeve is doing World Boss dailies and showing up right after the WB has been taken down.

Yesterday I ran up to a World Boss and saw it already being engaged, so I rushed in and got one quick hit before it fell, which completed the daily quest! Pet peeve averted... this time!

I see the boss being fought, I rush in and manage to make it just as the boss dies and I have to wait :P

I can't count the number of times I've been desperately running towards a WB before they die, only to get stuck on a random rock and not get there in time.

I figure it is balanced out by the number of times I show up just in time to get one hit in and finish the quest without really doing anything.
