PC HDR stopped working

Hey guys, my HDR for ESO has stopped working....maybe since the last update although not 100% sure. Same issue on my monitor and TV and only for ESO, all other games are fine.

The HDR option has reverted to the standard Brightness slider

Is there a bug?

Omen 35l with Nvidia 5080. Connected to Monitor via Display Port or TV via HDMI.
