Rush of Agony change in PTS 11.1.0 patch notes

Just wanted to pull this out of the PTS Patch Notes and highlight it:
Rush of Agony: This set no longer pulls enemies to the caster after its delay but instead creates an area of effect at the initial location, pulling enemies to it. The warning visual effects of this set activating have been greatly increased, in order to help improve counter-play.

This is barely helpful. The counter-play problem is that even if you counter the set you just get hit with it again immediately because there's no immunity and it's easily reapplied by the same enemy or even more easily by other enemies balled up with the initial enemy. To me, the absence of this set alone was by far the best thing about Vengence. Jumping into Cyrodiil yesterday, it was right back to not being able to go anywhere near enemies in large scale fights because of the constant pulls followed by ultimate-like explosions. It really does ruin Cyrodiil.

Aoe pulls were the beginning of the end for eso pvp, and zos' complete disregard for how imbalanced and completely terrible they make pvp are a testament to how completely and utterly out of touch zos is with pvp in their own game. 2 team bgs and vengeance are no different and only reinforced this fact. Go find pvp elsewhere and stick to farming furniture for your house in eso...

"Well, what if we changed it?"

Tired of these halfass nerfs that don't actually address the problem. This set needs to go or pvp will keep dying. You shouldn't have to struggle to find fights in gh, but that's what this set has done to the pvp pop. on top of that its broken and you get pulled from the next continent.

yeah ok tell me that when theres no lag on the server.

RoA needs to be removed. Deleted.

Warden charm needs a 20s cooldown or be removed.

Imo, all CC skills need to be single target, single effect skills.

Taking advantage of this roa charm combo and going 30-0 in a bg doesnt make you good at pvp. It makes you good at taking advantage of shortsighted and what i feel is sloppy design by zos. That's pvp though Player Vs Proc... and im sure the people that use it dont care and are having fun, which is a good thing in the short term... but these short term things have long term negative impacts on the pvp population.

If you know a player uses this combo you have options. Fight through it or leave the fight. until zos recognizes it and maybe fixes it anyway.

It doesnt look like they're going to make roa pve only, which will continue to erode the confidence and resolve of the pvp community. It's insidious imo, but, apparently, they dont see it that way. They're going to ride the roa iceberg right down to the equator.
