[MASTER] Furnishings that can be farmed (rare drops) with their drop location

Updated the post with drops from U46 (Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 1 / Solstice)

Let me know if there are any mistakes or if something is missing

Also, i did hit the character cap in both the initial post and the comment, does anyone has some idea how to fix this? Probably put the update history in another comment? Or leave that entirely? Idk, but it for sure takes a LOT of characters. Let me know what you think.

i found in Algae-Laden Sunport Pack's

Just in case u find a way to cheat the character cap somehow.
Maybe just cut out the new Solstice drops, put them in a regular new posting and add a link to it instead?
Or just create a complete new thread again, copy all in, but reserve 3 or 4 postings this time?

@CGPsaint Still missing one of those damn banners. Who wouldve thought that it would be a good idea to make the banner the only bound furnishing beside the books???

I just found your list, which I think is fantastic. Im not new to the game at all but I am new to stealing and collecting. It's become a great hobby to do when I'm not in trials or questing. I'm curious, what do you think is the best place to start? The area I mean. I'm not looking to make money, though I would sell extras maybe. I'm just having a good time with it and with so many areas it's hard to focus on just one. I'm curious what zone you think has the best resources for stealing (buildings with good amounts of containers or high concentration of nobles)

I wish there was a website where we could see pictures of these dropped furnishings by zone. Like a thumbnail collage. Then we mouseover the image to see the location and how to acquire the furnishing.

Idk really, there is no specific area to start. You could probably start with the golden bounty sheets from the guards, they drop fairly easy so you wont loose interest fast. Also i liked to farm the Elsweyr furnishings but they do require a good amount of time to drop since they are quite rare.

Appreciate the response. I'm finding I need to start with a goal and bounty sheets and something like Elswyer is a great place to do that. I'm overwhelming myself trying to do a little of everything every time I play and there's no rhythm to it lol. Anyway thanks again for the list and the response.

A bit late but added the newest drops from Update 48 and Seasons of the Worm Cult Part 2!

First of all, thank you for compiling and updating this list. It's been an absolute goldmine of knowledge for my own collection.

I'm down to 14 remaining (+7 books), so the rate I'm adding to the collection at this point seems to have massively dropped off.

As such I'm looking to expand my collection with sources that aren't "drops", so aren't really appropriate for this thread, but remain rare for one reason or another. Keeping to rule of unbound items only, the main source for such items seems to be:
Houses bought for gold.
Houses granted as a reward.

There's very few items I've been able to come up with after some limited digging:
The 5 companions table
The emperor statue
Dark elf bed of coals
2x wells from Vvardenfell houses.
2x sheds from vvardenfell houses.

Has anyone already compiled a list of such items? I'm reluctant to start going through UESP furnishings manually as it is certainly incomplete, so doing so wouldn't yield a conclusive list. I get the impression the list should be much longer, (maybe some of the plants that came with the grand gallery?)

There’s another Imperial statue from the Grand Gallery of Tamriel that’s also rare because it used to be crown only.

Apart from that, what comes to mind are base game imperial furnishings (apart from the single bed and bookcase) that were unbound during the period that some houses had unbound furniture even if you bought them with crowns.

There are a few of those items yes, not that much tho. I might need a few days but probably ill have time to put that list for you togheter as well.
