I can't look up or down

My mouse works fine for everything but the ability to target anything that is not on the level with my character.

I can't open my chests in my house or anything that is not level with my character!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can hard play the game.

How do I fix this???

The problem was that the camera settings for up and down was all of a sudden changed to zero or negative.

I have it as well. And it changes back every time I launch the game.

"If you have trouble moving your camera vision "up and down" then it is likely that your "vertical look speed" setting got messed up in the update. Just move it up to where your horizontal is."
