That used to be a problem with fear that got solved for exactly this reason. And then someone came up with a brilliant idea: “Hey, remember people complaining about being stuck in a wall, so we nerfed fear? Let’s make the same skill with the same exact buggy mechanic, but this time put it as a class mastery so people could use it on all scribing skills!”

Why is something as strong as an ultimate even a side small effect on a skill? Healing soul alone is strong, Healing soul with major vitality is easily the strongest heal in the game. Then to top it off it gets charm on it too? Crazy
