Blinding light glitch
Is this a glitch, or is it intentional? Are these glitched sun rays? The blinding light around the sun during sunrise and sunset in western skyrim zone. I also found it in the underground oathsworn pit. I'm also including a comparison with solstice, where it looks normal.
