This actually uncooked my game, thanks ZOS!
As thanks, I will not badmouth your combat balance team for roughly 3 weeks :)
I'm better.

My g/fs laptop is having even worse issues than the issues that started in June. Loading screens now take 10 minutes and she's stuck at 5-10 fps in cities. Sometimes a reboot fixes it, sometimes not. Her laptop is way over min spec....this happened with update 46 and has gotten worse with this update.

Check your usersettings.txt and shadercache.cooked file size.

    SET MaxCoresToUse.4 "-1"
    SET RequestedNumJobThreads "-1"
    SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "-1"

    helped me with my performance

Awesome, I'll give that a go later with her laptop.

I was able to get in and go about my business sitting literally right next to her on Sunday, on a severely less powerful laptop with zero issues. There's something seriously wrong with the client right now, hopefully this is a good fix. I'll try updating her nvidia drivers too I guess.

Having a similar issue with my PC since a recent update and cannot figure it out. Works perfect at max sometimes and others drops to crap with the 10 min load and FPS stagger. Even did a fresh Windows install. I will give this a shot to see if it fixes the problem.

Worth checking the laptop power settings too, a friend had them set to power saving mode rather than full performance and it caused a lot of issues. @g0thiCiCecReaM

I checked power settings just in case. ESO was causing her laptop to melt down last year so I had to slightly undervolt her cpu and underclock her gpu just a tiny bit to prevent it from overheating. Nothing has changed since then it appears. She has a 1060ti and the processor is like 14 gen i7 or something like that, Asus ROG laptop (m15).

Also those settings were all set that way. She's just getting ridiculous frame drops now, she used to get an average of 140 fps, now she's getting 10 and nothing has really changed. I'm going to update her gpu drivers when she brings her laptop over later, but this is definitely something wrong with the client. It's been working fine right up until the update.

I suggest to remove all eso settings and graphics cash files, they sometimes get corupted and causes lag.
