Has light attack weaving changed? (Returning player here)

Hello forum friends,
I haven't found the information I need on all the changes that were implemented when i was on a 6 month break from eso. I get back and slowly I figured out a lot of the changes just not sure with the combat ones. If light attack weaving has changed then how so? I still find myself LA weaving but something feels different...could be I'm exoeriencing more lag atm idk.

but server bad long time so maybe just lag?0
