My first furnishing experience

Finally i figured out charm of furnishing ) Since the release of housing its my first experince. I havent access to eso+, have no crowns, will not buy any furnishing plan or furnishinf made by other players. I will use only items and plans that i found i my journey. So there will be a mashup in styles of furnishing, but i like it, its like a result of my travelling though Tamriel and memories of years of playing.
Its just the beginning, house is pretty empty, so please dont judge strictly. I will update this thread periodically

You don't need to limit yourself to "found furnishings", though. If buying furnishings or their plans somehow destroys your characters fantasy, then why not create a dedicated crafter? You are really missing out on a lot of fun planning, acquiring and decorating.

My journey with housing started with my wish to have a real manor for my main and the title of count/countess. So, I played base game quests until I had the neccessary achievements, only to notice that I need a lot of gold to buy them. I then learned how to make gold pretty quickly. Crafting mats had a different value back then. 😅
When all of that was done I researched what style I wanted, because the quality of the base game stuff as just appalling. 🤢

Alas, the Alinor style! I fell in love with it the moment I saw the big bookcases and what kind of atmosphere they created. I knew I wanted a giant library for my main character in her abode.

And so I went from one objective to the next, the next and the next and so on, until now, where I have an abode and a furnishing style for all my characters to reflect their personality and their story.

@Chili_Pepper I strongly encourage you to expand your view and try for more. Housing in ESO offers so much satisfaction on an individual level, that it would be a shame if you missed out on that.

Thanks for feedback. Who knows how far it will go. I have restricted time to play and returned in ESO few months ago, since Greymoor release, so much things to do. But now i agree with players who say that furnishing is real endgame, i like it so much

In addition to the Achievement Furnishers in every zone, each zone has a Home Goods Furnisher with plants and rocks and things like that. The basegame ones often overlap, but any DLC zone from Vvardenfell and forward will have more unique items. You might find some that fit your house in Western Skyrim and The Reach, but Summerset and High Isle have popular items, too.

Welcome to housing!!

You will become addicted and even just using furniture vendors the costs will add up, I recommend joining at least one trading guild to earn gold to feed your habit!!

I started out like you but got severely bitten by the bug, now I sell to buy furniture, be it plans, vendor items or whatever.

Don't forget to check the Luxury Vendor every weekend, whilst not really luxury he does sell some nice items. They change weekly and rotate yearly, well these days it takes more than a year for items to return. He can be found in Coldharbour, Hollow City, just outside the bank or Craglorn, Belkarth to the left of the tented area just past the Guild Traders.

Long time ago when i was a kid, i read "The Hobbit - unexpected journey". Then The Hobbit trilogy released. Then ESO released. Since the beta i felt connection between universes. Inspired by movie scene when we see Biblos treasuries, i decided to "replicate"it. Its my little tribute to Sir John Ronald Reuel Tolkien for systematization of all ancient myths and creating base for all fantasy universes as we know it, and Elder Scrolls too.

Last time i played ESO was Greymoor release. After my comeback access to crown store for my country was closed and i spent something like 40.000.000 gold to get DLCs, dungeon packs, 1 character slot, acranist class, armory assistant and something else that i can't remember, so without my trade guild this start in housing was impossible. Need at least 17 mil gold more to get all available dungeons and Gold Road DLC (and all furnishing that will be available with this content)

Narwaawende is a High Elf global achievement furnisher who can be found in each of the alliances' capital cities, as well as Vivec City for 5,000 Gold

Nolenowen is a High Elf global Achievement Furnisher who can be found working at Isle's Pride Furnishings in the Riverside Market in Alinor. for 5000 Gold

You must be a Jewelry Master Crafter!

Edit:- I double checked the global achievement furnisher vendor outside Wayrest Bank, Stormhaven does indeed have that sign
