When will heave attack bug of heal stave be cured?

This bug is really annoying. It is the second run that I missed out on the no death vet run in le seclusa because I died due to lack of ressources as direct cause of not being able to heavy attack.

This is so annoying. It is incomprehensible why such a game breaking bug is still there for such a long time.

Are you sure it's a bug and not server issues? Cause I've been lagging and disconnecting most of today.

I dont know that bug.
I play a resto heavy attack build and it works like a charm tons of resources and damage.

It's possibly the same bug that stops DDs using single target skills and tanks taunting enemies and stops you using blade of woe (there's probably more).

Going through a door/portal/wayshrine can sometimes stop you being able to target an enemy. It can fix itself when you go through the next door or need a relog and it's incredibly annoying, lost me a couple of lives on last boss in VVH as I couldn't use my spammable, and cost us time when tanks couldn't taunt in VMoL.

My second account ran through the DB questline last week and it was a coin toss as to whether BoW was available to him at any given time. He's also a vampire and feed wasn't an option either so I know it's a targeting problem, pickpocketing is unaffected for some reason.

The thing is: It works perfect on my fire stave. I have zero issues with my backbar fire stave but on my front bar resto stave. It makes the animation of HA but it does not fire it most of the time. During trash fights I don't mind but I really need it during boss fights when I have to dish out heal ticks and bursts to my team mates.
