Hello, I have been playing IA hard since Whitestrakes Mayham ended nearly 2 weeks ago. I was in IA at the last boss and the game nearly lagged out. It was hard to Beat him because of the lag! And, IA is a solo instance. When I know there is new management, I see the Whitestrakes PVP servers are still up in my Alliance port area, when I play 1 game, only 1 game, and I pay for ESO + because i want a better experience and I spend real money on in game purchases, I expect a better experience. I expect a game that is better and can hold my attention. I love this game. I also dont want the changes in management to impact my game experience. I know there are other people like me! Fix this game! The lagginess is unacceptable! Not fixing the game, impacts my game experience and then I would want to quit. I'm not into quitting things I like. Thanks

The only way not to quit is by going through the 5 stages of grief:
- Denial: when you start to notice a lot of doom and gloom on the forums and think "surely it can't be that bad".
- Anger: the first time poor server performance, laggy connections, or bugs that don't get fixed for months or even years on end start having a major impact on you.
- Bargaining: when you start submitting detailed bug reports, writing extensive forum posts with suggestions, and maybe even getting on the pts in the hope you can help avert mistakes before they hit live.
- Depression: the first time you take a break from the game because the heartache starts to outweigh the fun.
- Acceptance: the day you tell yourself "it is what it is". If you reach this point, congratulations, the road to CP3600 lies ahead.
