Searching Guild vendors

I've noticed the Guild vendors search option does not yield all of the real search results. I had been relying on "Crafting" in the search window for motifs, it precedes every motif label "Crafting Motif...". Yet when I go through the vendor's whole inventory manually I discovered some that were not in the search results. I've also tried just "Motif" and the search still does not come up with all of the possible results. This is rather upsetting, when I have taken the time to go to vendors all over Tamriel looking for motifs only to realize THE FREAKING SEARCH CAPABILITY IS ERRONEOUS. How old is this game? 10 years and you can't even trust the search option fcol? pmo

you can filter for Consumables and then Motifs.

Oh OK you're saying use the existing search categories instead of typing in "Motif" or "Crafting". Thank you I'll give it a try. Although, I have been having fun going through whole inventories manually, found some things, and a ton of motifs that way not brought up by the searches I've been doing. I'm not looking for particular motifs, just motifs in general to fill the holes of all my styles. It does take time though, either way.

REGARDLESS, PEOPLE NEEDTO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU ENTER A SEARCH STRING FOR THE GUILD TRADERS' INVENTORY, YOU WILL NOT GET ALL OF THE RESULTS. I just discovered this after playing for 4 years and who knows what I missed. Another little "feature" our developers neglect to tell us about. Like the drop rate of remnants in Leftwheal and Silorn.
