"Failed to upload release file" error when trying to update a console add-on

I am having this issue that I cannot upload a new version for one of my console add-ons, in this case "AutoBind Uncollected Set Items". After having created a new release, get the error message "Failed to upload release file for:" The add-on then goes into the Has Changes mode, but I cannot publish it. I have to use the revert option and then publish it again to have it active in the add-ons store.

I already tried to Unpublish the add-on (not remove) but even that results in an error.

I don't want to try the Remove option as that would delete all statistics data, and I don't know what will happen to existing users when I upload the new version.

Anyone any suggestion how to solve this?

(I have tested an other add-on of mine and for that I could upload a new release without any problems)

I just looked into the log file and there the error mentions that another upload is already in progress which has to be cancelled first. But I don't see another upload in the app, nor a way to cancel it. I have also tried to create an even "newer" release by making a release with a higher version number, which didn't work either.

As this is probably a very specific issue, I have created a ticket for it on the support site. Ticket number is 250807-002042

I am having the same "Failed to upload release file for:" problem now. Has anybody found a workaround?

Same. The log.log file has just a bunch of these messages.
This started happening 2-3 days ago. Previously uploads were working fine.
I've tried restarting the tool with admin priv, waiting between attempts, and repairing/discarding changes, but the issue persists for both new and updated addons.

Using ESO Add-On Uploader version 1.0.1 on Windows.
    [error] Response:
    409 Conflict

    	Message: Conflict.
    	Platform: {

message: Upload already in Progress for that Content - please 'cancel' to restart.

    [error] Response:
    400 Bad Request

It was eventually fixed for me. I am not sure if it was done by an employee of ZOS based on my ticket (didn't get a response saying it was fixed) or that is was simply a matter that after a few days the so-call "the upload in progress" status on the server was automatically cancelled.
