Just attempted to do this myself and it still appears to be bugged. I also found posts of people saying it was bugged shortly after it was added, so I doubt it'll be fixed at this point. Seems odd that some people were saying talking to Choixth immediately after the first bugged conversation causes them to crash, but I've been able to talk to her over 10 times in the same spot without a crash, but also without the achievement advancing.
