Login reward countdown timer

I have both NA and EU logins I do every evening (US central time) between 6 and 8pm except on the weekend. I do the accounts in a certain order - EU, NA / NA, EU - and during the week barely play (sometimes just log in then back out again). There has never been an issue claiming a login reward in the years I've been in this game.

This past week, on my main account EU, the timer inexplicably changed. I couldn't claim an award at all during the regular time (still don't know why), and so lost a day at the end of the month. Ok, no biggie. But the next day, I couldn't claim the login award until 9:59pm. And that, of course, set the timer for the next day's for 24 hrs.

Thursday, just as inexplicably, the timer sorted itself out, and I was able to claim the reward during my usual gaming time. Victory!, thought I. Last night, however, it was back to 9:59.

Put in a support ticket, explaining the issue in as much detail as I could. This morning awoke to a "we're so happy the issue is resolved, please fill out this survey".

Has anyone else had this sort of weirdness?

Support instructed me to rename the AddOns and the SavedVariables folders which essentially disables them in an effort to "fix" the UI error messages I'm not experiencing. And that part worked - in-game is back to vanilla. No mini-map, no in-game clock (I don't use many mods, just a couple others besides these), and I'm still not having UI error messages.

But guess what. It did not fix the issue. I still cannot claim a login reward on ONE of the four logins until 9:59pm central US because the timer has become stuck on that time. I suppose I can choose to forego another day of rewards and ignore tonight's claim in an effort to reset. But that only worked for a day before resetting itself to 9:59pm.

Now I'm told I need to do the afore renaming of folders and to "repair" the game files ... which I already did to no avail.

Surely I'm not the only player in all of ESO who's having this issue since the last server maintenance!

NA and EU servers have different times when they do their reset for the dailies and login rewards.

EU resets at 8pm Arizona time for me which would be 10pm for you. NA server resets at 4am for me which would be 6am for you

So it looks like your times are showing correctly for the EU server. The EU server will usually be a day ahead depending on when you actually login.

Thank you. Yes I know all that. A player cannot claim the login reward until (central US) 10pm for EU or morning for NA. Any point after that within 24 hours is doable.

But until this past week, when I claimed a reward at (example) 7pm central US, it would show as 'next reward 3 hrs' - server reset. Now, on this one login, it's 9:59pm central US, period; if I wait until 10, I lose a day but cannot claim before 959.

For example, I skipped Wed's claim trying to reset the timer. Thursday I claimed the reward at ~630ish, and it worked fine. So, in theory, I should have been able to claim the next one in roughly three and a half hours when the server reset -or- waited until the next day. Yet on Friday, it was back to 959pm. No claim before that was allowed. Note: I did not lose another day of rewards as expected which tells me something is kinked on server-side.

In contrast, on my other EU account, I claimed yesterday's reward in the afternoon and the timer showed I had 3 hrs and some-odd minutes before the next reward was available. I'll claim that one today with no difficulty just like I've done for months. (EU is a "new" server for me, I was a beta tester on NA.)

It's not the time that's off, it's the countdown timer on this one login. And this issue did not show up until the last server maintenance.
