I'm expecting it'll be planned like in-game events where the start time will be unified across all servers.8 -

Yeah I know console gets the patches at a different time than PC, but I wouldn't assume the event will be tied to those dates. Usually events are on all platforms at the same time. I guess we'll see.3 -

I dont know which live it was but I remember Rich Lambert said "which server completes it first" when talking about taking down the Wall.
A competition between servers would be really fun and ground breaking for Eso.
I have no clue about how the writhing wall event will be so I cant say if its stupid or not, but new stuff in this game is needed badly and writhing Wall event sounds interesting.

This is exactly right, I believe. It doesn't seem tied to any update, but an event. They will flip the switch at the time it starts and bing bang boom.

i am a console player so i am very aware Updates release 2 weeks later on consoles yes.
the Writhing Wall event is not an update and starts in October, at least a month after update 47 releases.
All past events started on all platforms at the same time. this post is still confusing and Kevin confirmed that the event starts at the same time for all platforms.
↓We will have more info on the Writhing Wall event next month. But to answer the main question, PC and console will start at the same time. So no two week delay between platforms.
