Ult Gen PvP/PvE

So, I have a Nord Necro that is a vampire. Still leveling them up (level 9 atm). My question is this: I was thinking of making a tanky-Ult generator. If I could focus on damage, I will. But I am A-okay if it is a tank. Might not work for serious PvE content, but maybe PvP? Any advice?

It’ll work for dungeons, I know someone who loves ult builds. Can do something like this:

Armor:
5pc Arkasis
1pc Cryptcanon
2pc Archdruid
5pc Drakes Rush, Lucent Echoes, War Machine, or Powerful Assault

Skills:
Vamp Drain
If not using Drakes Rush, a source of major herosim, such as from Trample
The skill from necro that lets you consume corpses for ult

If you want to do subclassing, take up Nightblade’s siphoning line for its 2 ult passives.

Keep in mind Zos is making changes to certain ult generation passive abilities in the next update.

They are reducing the ulti you can gen from the class passives - by putting a cooldown on them as a group - so you wont be able to trigger ulti gen from NB by drinking a potion and then corpse consumption being the next cast etc etc.
