"A Blinding Flash" - Achievement Bug

Dear Team,

I have spent some time yesterday trying to get the "A Blinding Flash" achievement in veteran Vateshran Hollows.
As the description of the achievement states, the player must kill five Watchers in the upstairs area of the Iozuzzunth fight within a single portal.
However, this is currently impossible, since there seems to be a hard-cap of exactly four Watchers that can be alive at any point in time. Never does the fight actualy spawn that fifth Watcher. I have tried to go up and straight back down, but no luck. I have also tried to go up, kill one or two Watchers and go back down, but this just results in exactly those one or two Watchers to respawn, still never exceeding that hard-cap of four.

I have included a video recording from today, where I again tried the things described above, but to no avail.
Yesterday's try was with The Wounding as my third area, today's try was with The Wounding as my first area.
I am playing on PC-EU, via Windows Platform.

tried to get this achievement today , and i confirm , you cannot get more than four watchers at the same time , it's frustrating... ; please fix it ZOS

So, you need to let the watchers spawn enough in, which means not taking the portal every time it's up, and waiting till the later part of the fight where more watchers are up on the platform. I remember having 8 or more watchers when I went for that achieve awhile back.

I am aware you have to wait, that's why I posted the video to make things obvious.
I am waiting for mutliple minutes after the fourth Watcher and clearly the fifth is not spawning in the current patch.
It should be taking the usual 15-20s for the fifth Watcher - but it doesn't due to this bug.

Edit: This is an Alcast video of it working properly, in a game version without the bug. You can see the 5th Watcher clearly following the 15-20s time interval.

Ayy that's amazing to hear, thanks for updating me! I would've missed that completely

Still not fixed on live

Attempted this achievement today, no #5 spawn so still bugged. Can this be fixed please?

Edit: just realised this is being fixed with the next patch update, apologies!
