another omission in MMR

ZOS I can add one more problem to all the distribution problems in BG matches. Namely, my new account, which is currently 488CP, is being included in top BG teams.
You should take into account that I don't have any skills for the third line of armor, only gold weapons, and I've only purchased basic sets. I haven't farmed any dungeon sets. It doesn't matter that I've won matches in a weaker mmr subgroup, as a character with 400cp still can't be prepared for BG sult.
I play only with gold weapons with set from store and you drop me with 2000-3600cp dudes who stop jurck off sorc and warden and start jurck off havy armor and all what we can do with it on subclasing. the transition between MMR subgroups should take into account cp, the number of open skills, and collections. This is complete nonsense. 440cp. You should not allow someone to enter this difficulty level before 800cp. It does not matter how many victories they have in lower subgroups or how long they have been in the top.

look on that. 3159, 3081, 1679 and 488...

A character at 160cp can have all of this stuff lvled and golded out. Just because you haven't doesn't mean others don't.

NA ~ Izanerys: Dracarys (Videos | Dracast)
EU ~ Izanagi: Banana Squad (AOE Rats/ Zerg Squad / Roleplay Circle)

it can't even in theory. Just because running around for skills will give you a higher level. But yes, you can spend cash and get gold sets at level 160. But I'm still talking about a more normal exping. I know what to level and what to buy, but my character at 480cp is not ready for full sult. More then i write not only about CP. Read carefully if you're so smart.

    Isn't BG no-cp?

Don't get me wrong, there is something peculiar with MMR because the few times I've gone into BGs (after getting a build from someone competent and watching them play for a while so at least I have an idea on how it is supposed to work) with no previous successes to my name I've been basically stomped on over and over and over again.

So unless the floor is incredibly high in BGs I don't know what's going on; doesn't really make me want to engage because being systematically erased in 1-2 GCDs doesn't allow me to learn anything - other than my place, which is the floor.

mmr resetting in general is just awful. If anything a better system would be to have a daily loss in mmr.

Now matchup wise, they could probably bake any ACCOUNT under 500cp into its own que of 8v8s. Which would create a temporary learning environment for people to see if they like pvp.

There are other fundamental issues that create spawn camping and disincentivize newer players from getting into combat. Like how the spawns are not protected and up high. The drop causes the penguin effect where only a few jump off the ledge into shark infested waters. So only half the team is fighting at a time. To make it worse the 4 dropping down have to survive 1-2 gcds where they are just being abused and unable to dodge since they are falling.

A better solution would be to have spawns at level with a one way wall protecting spawns. Team respawn timers can be tweaked to artificially cause players to group up without coordination.
We should use the insightful and awesome buttons more

Oh, come on, are you serious? Read carefully, I'm talking about CP as an indirect indicator. Yes, BG is non-CP. But playre on 480cp is playre who only started farming dlc monsters 180cp ago. For example, I only get chundan from dlc monsters and 2 noremal guns from arena.

What you're writing about is probably 4vs1. Try to focus on one opponent and don't let the entire group focus on you. It's not a very good advice, actually...
