"Wing of the Dragon" quest broken. And now doesn't even seem to be a way to get back into Sunnamere

No matter how often I used the focal point in Sunnamere, it would never show me Ulfsild's notes. And after leaving that area and logging out/in, it seems there isn't even any way back into Sunnamere, to try that focal point again
Any ideas? I did use PS5 game menu to submit help request to ZOS
I don't want to abandon the quest and throw away all the work to get this far. And maybe hit the same bug again anyway

Pcgamer✭✭✭Go back to the scholarium and take the portal back to Dovah-ruins. Lots of people had this issue.Hopefully this will help.
Some decided to restart the quest but it meant they had to redo the wing questline from the very beginning.
Try what I said first see if it helps..best of luck forum friend
